Good Morning!! *smiles*

Goodness, please tell me the week is NOT half gone already....I am soooo far behind I do not think I will ever catch up.

I have been up most of the night, I am not sure why. Usually I am sound asleep with the chickens, I guess it's all this "stuff" whizzing through my brain!! (Ok...enough snickering about my brains girls!!...*grin*) I did manage to get through most of my mail and answer those that needed replies. If I have missed you, please be patient with me, I am still working on it before I leave this morning.

Thanks for you continued Prayers and kind thoughts the past 2 weeks since Miss Hazels Knee Replacement Surgery. I am taking her back for the first post-op visit at 8am this morning, and I think her Doctor will be VERY pleased with her progress. Her hubby Jim (they are 75 & 78) is recovering from pneumonia and awaiting results of the blood work I took him for yesterday so we know which direction of treatment his Doctor will take next concerning his kidneys. We are also preparing for two funerals on Thursday and Friday of this week . As most of you know a friend of my daughter, Melissa's, was killed Saturday in an car accident with her boyfriend who was home from college for the weekend. Please keep these and all involved lifted up to the Lord, that His will might be done. Who was it told me, "What does not kill me, will only make me stronger ???" HELP!!!!!!!

Ok, who's hungry this morning ???? Since I have been up for ever I have made a big pan of Sweet Sausage Rolls which I am going to serve with some fresh orange slices from Miss Hazel's tree!! Coffee is on and the milk is cold....WAKEY,WAKEY....the breakfast gal is back!!! *SMILES*

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Sausage Rolls 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls 24 miniature smoked sausage links 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp brown sugar INSTRUCTIONS: Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles; cut each lengthwise into three triangles. Place a sausage on the long end and roll up tightly; set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in an 11x7x2 baking dish. Arrange sausage rolls, seam side down, in butter mixture. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 2 dozen *Soooo Yummy!* Enjoy!
